Allen Sragow

Allen P. Sragow founded Sragow & Sragow with his wife Stacy Sragow. His practice focuses on commercial litigation in federal and state courts and small business transactional needs.

Mr. Sragow obtained his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University School of Engineering and Science and his B.A. from Yeshiva University in 1990. He received his J.D. in 1993 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as the Production Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and as Chair of the Environmental Law Society.

Mr. Sragow previously worked as general counsel for Westland Real Estate Group, a large real estate conglomerate in California and Nevada.

Passionate Advocate

Stacy Sragow

Stacy Sragow began her legal career representing children in family court. This interest migrated to a passion for guiding and representing parties in matrimonial disputes where children were involved.

In 1995, with the founding of Sragow & Sragow, Mrs. Sragow worked part-time while she simultaneously focused on being present to raise the couple's children. Mrs. Sragow returned to full-time practice in 2013 and primarily focuses on legal writing.

Mrs. Sragow has represented clients in both civil and religious courts.  

Mrs. Sragow received her J.D. in 1992 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
